At conveying of bulk solids difficulties can sometimes arise such as self-ignition of either the conveyed goods or the conveyor belt itself. Therefore our experts have developed special types of self-extinguishing rubber to raise safety to the highest degree.




ST series:

1.belt reinforced with galvanized steel cord, core rubber with superior adhesive property.

2.steel cord is made of left-and-right twisting wire, and arranged in longitudianal of the belt

3.large tensile strength, excellent ,troughability, excellent flexing resistance




GX series:

1.cord has enough room to allow penetration of core rubber.

2.better bonding between rubber and steel cord,better corrosive resistant,leading to longer service life

Special features:


FR-140 grade is specially compounded Neoprene over rubber for the underground operation requiring re resistance, static conductivity. The important characteristic is self- extinguishable cover rubber and meets drum friction test.

FR-120 is SBR re resistant cover rubber meeting U.S.A MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration). It provides highly resistance to wear and cold resistance.

FR-100 grade is re resistance with medium oil resistance and accepted by U.S.A MSHA. It is recommended for the typical applications like oil treated coal and grain industries requiring re & oil resistance, and static conductivity with lower electric resistance than one Megohm.

We can offer Conveyor Belt for Power Plant. In Coal Fired Power Plants, one of the main hazards to which a conveyor system is prone to is fire. Since general purpose conveyor belts are combustible, in certain areas which are exposed to fire risk, we recommend the use of fire resistant belts. The effect of a fire entails a safety hazard for the personnel as well as potential financial loss caused due to damage to the installation and of course substantial production loss which follows any such breakdown.




With the advancement in technology, it is possible to impart properties to conveyor belts so that in fact the propagation of the fire is arrested or limited at the source. This is done by using a combination of polymers, chemicals and additives which contribute to improving the fire retardant property of the conveyor belt.




This can often be achieved without compromising the wear life of the conveyor belt as well. In order to cater to varying levels of fire resistance in line with various domestic and international standards, we supply a range of fire resistant belts. This range includes belts suited for underground use and specialized belts with low smoke and toxicity. Belts with added feature of Heat and /or Oil Resistant property are also available on request.




Quality Warranty Period:

1.General belts:warranty period is 12months.

2.Heat resistant belt:

a.if the temperature of the material is 180degrees,the warranty period is only 6months.

b.if the temperature of the material is more than 200degree,the warranty period is only 3months.

3.The belt is used in cement plant,warranty period is only 3months.

If there is a cracking phenomenon during use,it does not belong to quality problems.

4.The belt is used in steel plant,warranty period is only 1months.

5.NOTE:The service life of the conveyor belt depend on the actual operation ambient.
