The belt have characteristic of low elongation in warp and good troughability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength, no mould, high initial modulus of polyester, can choose a relative low safety factor, so it’s suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials.

Quality Warranty Period:

1.General belts: warranty period is 24months. 

2.Heat resistant belt: 

a.if the temperature of the material is 180degrees,the warranty period is only 6months.

b.if the temperature of the material is more than 200degree,the warranty period is only 3months.

3.The belt is used in cement plant, warranty period is only 6 months.

If there is a cracking phenomenon during use, It does not belong to quality problems.

4.The belt is used in steel plant, warranty period is only 1months.
