This belt selects cotton ,nylon and EP canvas as canvas, cover rubber selects a blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, cold resistance,ect. It can work normally under the conditions of -50degree.









Usage:

Suitable for conveying materials outdoor in freezing area, cold storage,ect.

Note: C1-using the ambient temperature is -45°C ~+45°C; C2-the using of ambient temperature is -50°C ~+45°C. H is used for transporting on the tape is strongly impair the sharp wear material; D is used for conveying high abrasive material; L is used for conveying moderate wear material.

This belt adopting cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as the belt core and the combined natural rubber and butadiene rubber as cover rubber,the cold-resistance conveyor belt has high elasticity, impact resistance, cold resistance and the like, and can be normally used at a temperature of 40? below zero.

Quality Warranty Period:

1.General belts: warranty period is 24 months.

2.Heat resistant belt:

a.if the temperature of the material is 180degrees,the warranty period is only 6months.

b.if the temperature of the material is more than 200degree,the warranty period is only 3months.

3.The belt is used in cement plant,warranty period is only 3months.

If there is a cracking phenomenon during use,it does not belong to quality problems.

4.The belt is used in steel plant,warranty period is only 1months.

5.NOTE:The service life of the conveyor belt depend on the actual operation ambient.
